Career Connection put me on broadcast television. The pageant stage came around the same time, running for Miss California. San Diego State University gave me a formal degree in Communication. Everything I teach now is built on those years.

I am Jade Sobanski and I am a professional public speaker. My job is to teach people how to communicate with their whole instrument. Voice. Body. Presence. Expertise audiences can feel, not just hear.

I trained as a somatic educator before I trained anyone in public speaking. That background is my competitive edge. I teach communication the way somatics teaches movement. By working with the body, not against it.

The framework I teach maps two things at once. A person's Biological Function Awareness, and the Environment they are in.

We identify stuckpoints and stressors in public speaking as felt-sense experiences. We label those as maladaptive responses to stress. Then we change those responses.
